Grow Well. is a four-part leadership development series designed to help business owners strenghten their leadership, inspire their teams, and build organizations positioned for long-term success.

This practical, interactive series combines modern leadership principles with Better Business Bureau Center for Character Ethics' Uncommon Sense Framework, demonstrating how character, trust, and sound leadership work together to create stronger businesses and stronger communities.

Throughout the series, you'll be challenged to grow as a leader while gaining practical tools you can immediately apply to your business. You'll leave with strategies to build trust, develop your people, strengthen your culture, and lead with greater confidence and purpose.

In this series, you'll learn how to:

About the Leadership Development Facilitator:

As founder of GrowthMatrix, Inc., Glenn Bryan partners with growth-minded business leaders to do three things: sharpen the strategies that got them there, develop the leadership capabilities that will take them further, and build the kind of culture that attracts and keeps great people. His approach integrates business skill with businss character - because at the next level, how you lead matters.

Glenn brings a combination of executive coaching, management advising, and strategic consulting experience, working directly with business owners and their teams to turn ambition into execution. He also serves on the faculty at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he teaches corporate strategy international business, and leadership - giving him a constant pulse on the ideas and practices shaping the next generation of high-performing organizations. 

His core conviction is straightforward: the ceiling most growing businesses hit isn't a strategy problem, its a leadership development problem. Firms that break through invest in both, deliberately and together. 

Glenn currently serves on the Board of Directors for the BBB, Central & SE Ohio along with the BBB Center for Character Ethics. Dr. Bryan holds a doctorate in Marketing from Cleveland State University, an MBA from Boise State University, and a B.S. in Mathmatics from Eastern Nazarene College.
